Considering the vampire hunter's return brought him two Guinness World Records, Wesley Snipes' Blade deserves a Logan-style send-off, Ryan Reynolds recently said.

Apart from Reynolds and Snipes finally burying the hatchet after their years-long feud, a future MCU Blade reprisal should be in the cards for Snipes' future in the franchise, after all.

Blade aka 'Marvel Daddy' Deserves a Logan-Like Send-Off According to Ryan Reynolds

Of every cameo listed on Marvel's Deadpool & Wolverine, Wesley Snipes' return as Blade shocked fans in theatres as he strode into the cave right after Jennifer Garner's Elektra.

The classic Marvel hero has survived pre-MCU and upon his return as a Blade variant from the Void, could there be a chance to see him grace the screens for another comeback starring his own film?

"There is no Fox Marvel Universe or MCU without Blade first creating a market," Reynolds wrote in his X/Twitter post, "He's Marvel Daddy. Please retweet for a Logan-like send-off." Posted on August 5th, his tweet now has 349,000 reposts.

The last time MCU fans even heard of a Blade comeback was waaay back in the post-credit scene of Eternals. That was in 2021. And since the Eternals sequel has little to no signs of pushing through, this may be the opening Ryan Reynolds is hoping to open for Snipes.

While Hugh Jackman's Logan sent off the mustard-clawed mutant on an emotional note, his return as a Wolverine variant in Deadpool 3 was still welcomed by old and new fans of the franchise.

So, there's no question that Snipes' long overdue exit should be a memorable one after going missing after all these years.

It remains to be seen whether we'll actually get Snipes to reprise his Blade role for a proper heroic send-off within the MCU, however, it does imply the limitless possibilities that Marvel Studios can do with his character.

Keep in mind that the MCU is also hoping for a Blade reboot, though it has no concrete plans yet as to who could replace the Nightwalker.
