Five episodes into The Acolyte, the show has introduced several new planets to the Star Wars universe, from Khofar to Brendok and more.
Though The Acolyte is Star Wars’ latest offering, it’s set in the furthest timeline of the franchise, a hundred years before Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace.
It occurs during the High Republic era, the golden age of the Jedi and the Republic.
As this is set in the unexplored timeline in any live-action series, it has introduced several brand-new worlds that have been explored in The Acolyte's first five episodes.
So, here are all the planets introduced in The Acolyte so far, ranked from least to most interesting.
Ueda
Ueda is the green, lush planet seen in the premiere episode of The Acolyte.
It’s the home planet of a village where the Lomi Usqi Noodle Shop is located, and various sentient species inhabit it.
It’s also where Jedi Master Indara was stationed when the assassin Mae Aniseya found her in a bar and attacked her alongside several bystanders.
Ueda is mostly known for being the planet where Mae killed Indara, and not a lot else.
Olega
Located far from the Core World Coruscant, Olega is home to a city that housed a Jedi Temple during the High Republic Era.
It’s where Mae killed Jedi Master Torbin, who had taken the Barash Vow at the Olega Jedi temple.
The Acolyte proves that Jedi Temples still exist at the time and are all connected after Osha realizes Torbin is on Olega when she hears they’re changing course and going to the planet.
However, as their mission on Olega is already done, it remains to be seen if this planet will be visited again.
Brendok
Brendok is perhaps the most mysterious planet in the Star Wars galaxy. It’s where Mother Aniseya and her coven of witches were exiled and had a connection to Mae and Osha’s origins.
Located on the Outer Rim, it has become a safe haven for the witches to keep out of the Jedi.
Like Tatooine, Brendok is a stunning planet with lush forests filled with life and mountain regions. Its two moons symbolize Mae and Osha.
However, 16 years before the events of The Acolyte, the planet saw the death of Aniseya and her coven in a questionable manner.
Khofar
Khofar sits in the Outer Rim Territories. It features forest and jungle terrain, and was introduced to us as the solitary domain of Wookie Jedi Master Kelnacca.
Qimir has described Khofar as a “relaxing forest retreat in the Outer Rim,” though the events that transpire in Episode 5 are far from relaxing.
It’s where Qimir revealed himself as Mae's Sith Master, after being known only for his smiling helmet and nickname, The Stranger.
Sadly, before Jedi Master Sol and his group of Jedi Knights made it to Khofar, Kelnacca was already dead at the hands of The Stanger, and Yord and Jecki also died fighting the villain.
The Acolyte still has three episodes left, so the show may still introduce a couple of new territories.
However, they will likely return to Khofar after everything that has happened there in Episode 5.
New episodes of The Acolyte are set to release every Tuesday on Disney+.
