In May 2024, Variety revealed that Star Trek: Picard's producer, Terry Matalas, will be working on Marvel's upcoming Vision series that’ll be released in 2026. This series will solely be based on White Vision, which was introduced previously.

But Marvel recently confirmed that its production is moving slower than expected. It could be why there was no news regarding it.

Shang-Chi and The Legend of The Ten Rings was among the biggest projects in MCU's Phase 4. Fans eagerly expected some news on its sequel since the movie ended with several cliffhangers.

The good news is that Shang-Chi 2 is happening, but there is very little news about it. However, ScreenTime posted on X that the movie would be released after Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. However, since this movie was replaced by Avengers: Doomsday, there is no further information from Marvel.

Sony Pictures Television had a dedicated panel at the SDCC 2024, but there were no announcements regarding any upcoming movies, including Spider-Man 4. This movie will mark the return of Tom Holland's Peter Parker. It was expected to begin filming later this year, but there is still no news about it.

It could be because Sony still owns Peter Parker's Spiderman rights. Due to this, Marvel can't legally announce any projects regarding this character at conventions.

The Wonder Man series with Yahya Abdul-Mateen II in the lead resumed filming after being delayed due to strikes and creative overhaul at Marvel Studios. However, the movie wrapped filming in April 2024, but still, there is no information about its release.

Developed by the director of Shang-Chi, this series is expected to break records as it's the first live-action series by Marvel, comprising ten episodes. Since filming concluded months ago, many expected a release date announcement at SDCC or D23. Fans are growing increasingly impatient for news about this highly anticipated project.
