Is Naomi Orthmann a Nean?
In Metallic Rouge episode 9, Rouge Redstar was caught in a fierce battle against Cyan.
However, Naomi gave a brilliant idea to Rouge and asked her to invert her phase. Because of Naomi’s advice, Rouge managed to beat Cyan.
Later, Naomi finally met Rouge after a long time, and quite nonchalantly, she informed Rouge that she wasn’t human.
Naomi revealed that she was a contact Nean the Visitors created so that they can interact with humans.
Rouge was shocked at the revelation and noted that Naomi is a bag of secrets.
During the episode, Noami is addressed as First by the Visitors called X Noah.
Naomi told Rouge that she was the first Nean that X Noah created. She added that she was the first Nean who looked like a human.

Who Are X Noah in Metallic Rouge?
Naomi informed Rouge that X Noah are the beings humans call Visitors.
Rouge was amazed at the physical forms of X Noah as they appeared to be a trio of alien-like creatures.
She asked Naomi if they were merfolk, and one of the X Noah revealed that they once looked like humans.
However, they evolved into their present forms to adapt to interstellar travel.
What Happened in Metallic Rouge Episode 9? Ending Explained
Toward the end of the Metallic Rouge episode 9, X Noah told Rouge and Naomi that it would be safe for them to stay back.
However, Rouge was adamant about leaving for Venus and facing the Usurpers who are turning Neans into rebels and taking over Venus.
As Alter started moving toward Venus, the Carnival had already reached its destination, and Usurper forces launched an invasion from the outer reaches of the solar system.
X Noah continued to advocate for Rouge to stay back, but she staunchly refused.
Eventually, Naomi persuaded them to allow Rouge to participate in the battle, leading to Rouge forgiving Naomi for her past betrayal.
Later, Eden appeared, offering to transport Rouge, Naomi, and Ash to Venus on his spaceship.
