The 2024 San Diego Comic-Con is right around the corner, prompting The Boys fans to list down what they expect to see during their panel live in Hall H on Friday, July 26.
Here are a couple of The Boys season 4 finale's unanswered questions:
Is Soldier Boy The Boys' Last Hope?
Contrary to what fans initially believed, the Boys were not the first to have found Soldier Boy. Rather, Homelander reached him first, in an underground container waiting to be brought back again in action.
Soldier Boy's powers to eradicate the other Supes of their powers could have been an antidote to the anti-Supe virus that Butcher is planning to unleash in season 5.
But as we wait for the revival of Soldier Boy, the original Supe could likely side with his son for once in taking over the world through a political coup.
Another thing to consider would be alternative options as to how the Boys could take Homelander down before his plan succeeds in the White House.
Of course, not all panel questions merely revolve around how The Boys series will end on Prime. Some fans are eager to see the Supes sporting their capes live at the SDCC:
Butcher's Powers and Will He Turn Into Homelander 2.0?
We have only managed a quick glimpse of what powers Billy Butcher gained in the finale episode of The Boys season 4 and his first instinct to murder Victoria Neuman in half was not the best move on their side.
While it is possible that his newfound powers after taking Compound V could have continuously manipulated his morality on how to use it, will he be able to revert to his old ways as the morally grey Butcher rather than a Homelander 2.0?
What Happens to Kimiko and Frenchie Now?
Frenchie and Kimiko had officially declared having mutual feelings for one another (Huzzah!), but their story is far from a happy-ever-after ending.
With Gen V's Godolkin duo, Sam and Cate, abducting him and separating the newly formed couple again, what does Homelander's team have in store for him now?
Fans are thinking of two things: Frenchie would be manipulated into thinking that he sides with Homelander's coup which could lead to potentially murdering Kimiko once and for all.
On the other hand, Frenchie could still be considered a viable hostage to take Ryan back from Butcher. Either way, The Boys panel has a lot to uncover once they arrive this Friday at the San Diego Comic-Con.
Does Hughie's Music Taste Stop with Billy Joel?
Hughie Campbell is widely known for being a huge fan of Billy Joel since his introduction in The Boys season 1.

Once Homelander does conquer the White House with the other Supes, what happens then? What's the next plan in motion inside Sage's brain (before it gets blown out again at some point)?
