Wednesday season 2 introduced lots of questions to resolve, which is why they greenlit the show for a third season, focusing on Tyler's past and the legacy of the Hyde. Here is everything Wednesday co-creator Miles Millar teased about the upcoming season!
WARNING: This article contains MAJOR SPOILERS for Wednesday season 2, so proceed with caution.
What Can Fans Expect About Tyler and the Hyde in Wednesday Season 3?
Season 2 may have unfolded where Tyler went after the credits rolled in the first season and where Thing came from before becoming a part of the Addams family, but the Hyde legacy remains a mystery.
This is why Wednesday co-creator Millar comes in. Millar recently told TheWrap how we "only know so much about Hydes" with there being "more to it."

Remember, towards the end, where the climactic fight on the rooftop set the mother and son apart, especially considering that she was dying in the end. At that moment, Miller knew that Tyler was always "meant to be alone."
"I think for him, it's always that he doesn't want to be alone," Miller said, "I think that's the thing. I think he is more accepting of his Hyde self. But also, there's a self-hatred there, and what that means. It's lots to explore in season 3."
And if you're wondering whether it's intentional for season 2 to once again hide the history of the Hyde: "But certainly, it wasn't our intention to get any more into the Hyde's mythology this season."
What Else Could Wednesday Season 3 Potentially Uncover?

Considering that Wednesday season 2 is still fresh, the most that Millar could offer are glimpses into what they're planning for writing the third season: "We've slowly expanded the lore, and there's more. We love world-building. That's something we've always loved to do in our shows and movies we've done."
Miller greatly emphasized that the world-building in Wednesday is truly "what it means to be an outcast in the world outside Nevermore."
"There are other characters that we love and it feels like we're just dipping our toe in this world and that it can only expand from here," Millar continued, "So it's actually really exciting as creators to be here and to chart the course of where it could go next."
There is no official release date yet for Wednesday season 3. In the meantime, you can stream all episodes of Wednesday season 2 on Netflix.
