The Quintessential Quintuplets Movie is based on the manga of the same name that's written and illustrated by Negi Haruba.
After two seasons of the anime series, the movie concludes the story of the Nakano sisters and their private tutor, Fuutarou Uesugi.
Instead of a third season, The Quintessential Quintuplets Movie follows the Nakano sisters, Ichika, Nino, Miku, Yotsuba, and Itsuki, as they end their struggle over being chosen by Fuutarou as his lucky wife.
Fortunately for Fuutarou, he was able to keep a photo of the quint he has been in love with from the start.
Throughout the anime series, the sisters have been vying for the attention of Fuutarou, outshining each other and winning him over.
