What Happened to Geralt and Yennefer in The Witcher Season 2?
In the first season of The Witcher, Geralt and Yennefer start a relationship after their encounter with the Djinn. However, Yennefer abandons Geralt after finding out that Geraltās third wish was to bind their fates together.
In Season 2, Geralt believes Yennefer to be dead and this breaks his heart. He even rejects Triss because he still wasnāt over Yennefer. Later on, he finds out Yennefer is alive and they share a kiss.
But at the end of Season 2, we see Geralt saying that he will never forgive Yennefer due to her betrayal.
In the second season, Yennefer gets influenced by Voleth Meir (the Deathless Mother), with the demon convincing Yennefer to trade Ciri to her in order for Yennefer to get her powers back.
This angers Geralt, and he even holds a sword against her throat. So while Geralt still needs Yennfer to train Ciri, he says that he would never forgive her for putting Ciriās life in danger.
However, at the end of Season 2, Geralt does remind Yennefer of what Villentretenmerth said: that both of them were made and destined for each other, but that nothing would come out of it because destiny alone isn't sufficient.
Villentretenmerth added that something more is needed, and Geralt says that Ciri is something more. He then says that the three should help each other and that what is destined cannot be avoided.

Do Geralt and Yennefer Get Back Together in The Witcher Season 3?
Geralt and Yennefer get back together in The Witcher Season 3 Part 1. In the first episode, we see that Geralt still doesn't trust Yennefer.
Yennefer communicates with Geralt through letters because the latter wouldn't talk to her. In her letters, Yennefer says that while she cannot change the past, she will help Ciri grow her magical skills and keep her safe.
Yennefer then says that maybe by doing so, trust will find its way back to them. After months of staying together and transferring from one place to another, Geralt finally allows Yennefer to have dinner with him and Ciri.
Geralt, Yennefer, and Ciri then attend the Belleteyn Festival. Geralt remembers that it's Yennefer's birthday, and they recall their good nights together.
Later on, Geralt is forced to part ways with Yennefer and Ciri. While Yennefer and Ciri would go to Aretuza, Geralt would track down Rience.
Before parting ways, Yennefer asks Geralt to tell her that it isn't goodbye for good and that there are more good nights to come. She then tells Geralt to think of her, and Geralt responds that's his promise to her.
In episode 4, Geralt and Yennefer are reunited and they share a kiss. We don't hear any dialogue between them, because Ciri and Jaskier do the talking in the scene.
In episode 5, they attend the Thanedd ball together. Geralt says "I love you" to Yennefer, and this surprises her, noting that it's the first time Geralt actually said it.
Yennefer then says that Geralt can kiss her now in front of everyone. They kiss and spend the night together while recalling everything that occurred at the ball.
In The Witcher Season 3 Part 2, Geralt and Yennefer are forced to go their separate ways after Tissaia summons Alzur's Thunder.
Later on, Yennefer goes to see Geralt in Brokilon. Geralt promises that he would find Ciri. And with Tissaia gone, Geralt tells Yennefer that the mages need her more than ever.
Before Yennefer leaves, she and Geralt admit that they need each other. She then uses her magic to speed up Geralt's healing process.
Towards the end of episode 8, Yennefer writes another "Dear friend" letter to Geralt. Yennefer says that she knows in her heart that Geralt will find Ciri.
Yennefer, on the other hand, would make sure there's a safe world for Ciri to return to. Yennefer concludes by saying that if they would face "the cold blue eyes of death", she's sure that they would be the last to fall.
So, Geralt and Yennefer's reunion is something to look forward to in The Witcher Season 4.
