What Is Alya and Kuze’s Current Relationship?
Although they are friendly, Alya and Kuze are not yet romantically involved as of volume 8 of the Roshidere light novel series.
While Alya comes to terms with her feelings for Kuze in volume 7, Kuze believes he doesn't deserve Alya and that he's not suitable for her, which slows down the development of their relationship.
But since deciding to run together for student council, Alya and Kuze have been closer than before.
In volume 8, after giving Alya his birthday present, Kuze even felt the need to hug her. He gave Alya a pair of white gloves, which might be a step closer to the two becoming romantically involved.
Though Kuze's family is rather complicated, he manages to tell Alya about his true identity and relationship with Yuki, who turns out to be his biological sister.
Then there’s Maria, also known as Masha, who was revealed to be Kuze’s long-lost first love.
Kuze likes Maria as a person and as a woman too, but he asks her to wait for him to come to terms with his feelings since he couldn’t accept her affections at the moment.
So, Will Alya and Kuze End up Together in Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings? Our Predictions
While Alya and Kuze have made slow progress in the romance department, it is widely expected that they will end up together in the Roshidere series.
After all, the series has been building up Alya and Kuze’s relationship from the very beginning, despite the conflicts, including family troubles and other potential love interests, that come their way.
It’s possible that by the end of the Roshidere light novel, Alya and Kuze will confess their romantic feelings to one another, much like any other romance anime where the main characters say everything they want to each other without any interference from other characters.
Perhaps Kuze could also be honest with Alya about him understanding every Russian word and sentence she was telling him all this time.
