Speaking about their character, Murrae described Kelly as “wise and down to earth.”
“But they’re not above the crazy, especially if they want to get back at someone,” they added. “They’re a character who believes strongly in justice, being good, and being the favorite—or at least the most well-behaved child, but they’re still a sibling in this chaotic family.”
Murrae also noted that Kelly is “the most well-behaved” among the Wilkerson children.
“It’s probably because they’re the youngest, and with their older brothers mostly moved out, they likely had the house to themselves,” they explained. “They’re more responsible than the others and may even hold themselves above their siblings because they behave so well—and their parents rarely need to discipline them.”
