Does Peaky Blinders Have a Season 7?
Peaky Blinders concluded its sixth season in 2022, but it was originally intended to have seven seasons. However, the restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic stole it away from fans.
According to the series creator Steven Knight, the pandemic “stole a year” of what the Peaky Blinders ending could have been. The cancellation morphed into an opportunity for a feature film, at least. In fact, the death of actress Helen McCrory, who played Polly Gray in the series, encouraged the team to speed things up and ensure that the feature film would happen.
The Peaky Blinders feature film, Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man, wrapped up filming in December 2024, so it should hit cinemas and/or streaming services soon — sometime in 2026 is being speculated. Stay tuned for more on this as further news gets released on, well, the movie's release date.
