After a cliffhanging first-part finale, Wednesday Season 2 Part 2 will return with a bang, featuring Lady Gaga’s arrival and Principal Weems’ (Gwendoline Christie) ghostly comeback.
Lady Gaga’s introduction to the hit Netflix series was teased long before the second season began.
Could she be Morticia Addams’ (Catherine Zeta-Jones) mysterious sister, Ophelia, or a Nevermore Academy teacher as first announced? And what will Principal Weems’ role be this time? Read on to find out.
Who Appeared in Wednesday Season 2 Part 2 Trailer?
Principal Weems surprised everyone with her appearance in Wednesday Season 2 Part 2 trailer after her death in the Season 1 finale.
Wednesday (Jena Ortega) has finally woken up from come after Tyler (Hunter Doohan) threw her out of the Willow Hill Psychiatric Hospital’s window.
“Rise and shine, sleepyhead!” Weems greets Wednesday, dressed as her nurse.
They’re then seen together in what looks like a dreamy forest, where the fan-favorite character assures Wednesday that “this isn’t hell.”
“But I understand the confusion,” she continued.
Truly confused, Wednesday asked how Weems manages to return if she’s not dead yet. From there, a big revelation has been made.
“Because I am your new spirit guide. Surprise!” the former Nevermore principal said.
Is Lady Gaga in Wednesday Season 2 Part 2 Trailer?

Lady Gaga has been announced as a guest star in Wednesday Season 2. While she doesn’t appear in Part 2’s newly released trailer, her voice can be heard at the end.
“Beware, there will be a price to pay,” she says as intense scenes flash by one after another.
So, which character is the pop superstar playing? Some theories suggest she could be Ophelia, a character heavily teased in Part 1.
However, Netflix previously announced that the Grammy-winning star will portray Rosaline Rotwood, “a legendary Nevermore teacher who crosses paths with Wednesday.”
But that announcement might just be a misdirect for a bigger surprise. In fact, Ortega herself revealed earlier that Lady Gaga would play a different character.
“She’s not a teacher,” Ortega told Entertainment Tonight. “So that's your little clue. She's not. Whatever you heard, it's wrong.”
Catherine Zeta-Jones, meanwhile, teased in the same interview that the Addams family “would just welcome her with open arms.”
“I actually feel that she is probably related somehow, genetically, to the Addams family,” she continued, later clarifying that she meant the “real Addams family” from the original comics.
Whatever the case, there’s sure to be a big reveal when Lady Gaga finally appears in Wednesday Season 2 Part 2, which drops on September 3 on Netflix.
