Fans didn’t just tune in to Super Bowl 2026 to witness Bad Bunny’s controversial halftime performance or the intense matchup between the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks, they also came for the trailers of the year’s biggest movies.

As one of the world’s most powerful marketing stages, the Super Bowl has become a prime opportunity for Hollywood studios to debut and promote upcoming releases.

With that being said, we break down all the key trailer reveals from Super Bowl LX.

Scream 7

Paramount made sure audiences were aware of the upcoming Scream 7 by releasing its Big Game spot online a week early.

While the trailer includes a few new glimpses of Ghostface, Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell), and other characters, much of the footage is recycled from the film’s original trailer

The TV spot dropped just a day before ticket sales opened on February 9, clearly aiming to build hype and drive early sales. The film is set to release on February 27.

Michael

The official trailer for the upcoming Michael Jackson biopic finally debuted around Super Bowl 2026.

Lionsgate, which is rarely active during the Big Game, went all out for this release, dropping the Michael trailer online the Monday before the Super Bowl rather than waiting for game day itself.

The trailer offers extended footage of Jaafar Jackson portraying his uncle, set to “Don’t Stop ’Til You Get Enough” at the start and “Billie Jean” later on, highlighting Michael’s rise to fame as well as his complex family relationships.

The film is set to premiere on April 24.

Project Hail Mary

Amazon MGM released the trailer for its new sci-fi film Project Hail Mary, starring Ryan Gosling, ahead of Super Bowl 2026.

The footage offers fresh looks at Gosling as Dr. Ryland Grace, his alien companion Rocky, and a preview of the stunning visuals audiences can expect when the film hits theaters on March 20.

Hoppers

Disney and Pixar unveiled their next original film, Hoppers, during the Super Bowl LX. The 30-second Big Game spot offers viewers a glimpse of the protagonist, Mabel, her mentor Dr. Sam, and, of course, the adorable animals at the heart of the story.

Airing just before the national anthem, the spot served as a lighthearted lead-in to the intense matchup, featuring the film’s cute animals singing and dancing throughout. Hoppers is set to premiere on March 6.

Disclosure Day

Steven Spielberg returns to the world of sci-fi with the upcoming Disclosure Day, and it was no surprise that the film received a major spotlight during Super Bowl 2026.

Released just before the final commercial break, the one-minute trailer centers on the characters played by Josh O’Connor and Emily Blunt as a series of intense events unfolds ahead of a looming supernatural phenomenon.

The trailer’s final moments tease an unidentified flying object emerging from the clouds. And fans will finally learn what it all means when Disclosure Day arrives in theaters on June 12.

The Mandalorian and Grogu

After 2018’s Solo: A Star Wars Story, Lucasfilm returned to the Super Bowl with a Big Game spot for the highly anticipated The Mandalorian & Grogu

Serving as a continuation of Jon Favreau’s The Mandalorian following its three-season run, the film follows the journey of Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and Grogu. The spot shows the duo braving icy terrain as they’re pulled on a sleigh by Tauntauns.

Riffing on the classic beer commercials often seen during the event, the trailer also features a voiceover from Sam Elliott. However, it remains unclear whether the footage is actually part of the movie itself or was created exclusively for the Super Bowl.

The Adventures of Cliff Booth

Netflix delivered a surprise reveal during Super Bowl LX by dropping the first trailer for David Fincher and Brad Pitt’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood sequel, The Adventures of Cliff Booth.

Following the escapades of Pitt’s character, the one-minute trailer is heavily censored due to nudity, profanity, and other mature content. Still, it teases that the film is “coming soon,” with more previews likely on the way, offering a glimpse of Booth’s colorful journey in a style true to its predecessor.

Minions & Monsters

The small, yellow, capsule-shaped henchmen are set to return to the big screen in Minions & Monsters

Illumination joined the Super Bowl festivities by giving fans a first look at the third film in the franchise.

While the studio initially dropped only a teaser during the Big Game, a full trailer is now available online, showcasing the fan-favorite little creatures back in action. Minions & Monsters is set to hit theaters on July 1.

The Super Mario Galaxy Movie

Rounding out the Super Bowl trailer lineup is another Illumination release, The Super Mario Galaxy Movie

The studio brings fan-favorite Nintendo characters back to the big screen, with the big reveal debuting during the Big Game. Considered one of the year’s most anticipated films, the trailer features an epic adventure featuring Yoshi alongside Baby Mario and Baby Luigi as they disrupt Odyssey’s T-Rex.

While the scene cuts off, leaving fans wanting more, the full adventure will be revealed when the film hits theaters on April 1.
