Fans of the Star Wars franchise have been clamoring for a new video game for quite some time now and after last year failed to deliver the goodies to fans, 2021 offers a glimmer of hope to the fandom that they're finally going to get something. Turns out, we're just a few months away from Disney and Lucasfilm announcing the long-awaited Star Wars game that has been rumored for months.
The official home of the billion-dollar science-fiction franchise recently launched an online marketing campaign called "Bring Home the Bounty" (via ComicBook) that officially kickstarted this month. The said campaign will unveil a slew of Star Wars-related merch — from "toys, collectibles, books, apparel, and more" every week up until the end of the year.
For its tenth week, Disney and Lucasfilm will unveil a brand new video game and while it still remains a mystery, if you've been following the latest rumors surrounding it, you're most likely aware that a game based on The Mandalorian could be in the works.

As for the possibility of The Mandalorian's tie-in game being officially announced later this year, we've yet to confirm anything but it's extremely plausible. After all, it would make a lot of sense for the company to capitalize big time on the show's popularity, something that they should've done a long time ago if we're being honest.
On the other hand, a sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order being announced on Week 10 of "Bring Home the Bounty" also makes sense because that one has also been teased by EA Games for months. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is playable on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Series S, Google Stadia, and Microsoft Windows.
