Marvel fans have been puzzled by the fact that Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures have yet to release an actual trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home despite the film hitting theaters in December.

There's been a lot of speculation as to when the studios plan to drop the trailer and how they'd like to approach things but none of the initial reports actually happened and as it stands, webheads are still clueless regarding the release of the much-awaited teaser.

The general belief within the fandom right now is that the marketing team behind Spider-Man: No Way Home will take an entirely different approach in terms of promoting the film which includes the date when the actual teaser drops and how it's going to be executed. But according to insider Grace Randolph, there's a strong chance that we could finally see the teaser following Loki's finale which takes place next week.

In a recent tweet, Randolph confirmed that the actual teaser for Spider-Man 3 is good to go but her sources couldn't tell her the actual date when it could potentially drop. Of course, with Black Widow about to premiere in a couple of days, there's a good chance that moviegoers will get to see it first before the internet does which has always been the norm.

I gotta say, the anticipation is already killing me but I'm pretty sure the long wait for the teaser will be totally worth it. Hopefully, the teaser finally confirms what we've all been hoping for for months now — the confirmation of Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield's involvement. I'd like to say it's all just wishful thinking right now but I'm pretty positive that they're in fact part of the project and Marvel and Sony are just waiting for the opportune time to surprise all of us.

Spider-Man: No Way Home will hit cinemas on December 17, 2021.
