Project Ronkonkoma recently rung in fans' ears as Only Murders in the Building season 4 nears its suspected murderer of Sazz.

According to what the series tells us, Project Ronkonkoma is a film where Sazz was training her protege on set as a stunt double. But could it mean beyond being just that?

Well, Project Ronkonkoma reveals two more things: Paul Rudd's failure of a stunt double named Glen Stubbins is not Sazz's protege. He only stepped in after the said protege failed his cue.

This leads to one more witness involved in the project itself who may know who Sazz's actual protege is: director Ron Howard.

Unfortunately, Glen Stubbins dies in episode 9 and their interview with Ron Howards leads to the actual protege, Marshall. Here's what fans found out within a short amount of time from that episode.

Fans May Have Cracked the Code with Their Project Ronkonkoma Theories

There's another thing the Project Ronkonkoma is known for beyond the series' utilization of it: the Ronkonkoma Hub project which was developed by the TRITEC Real Estate on the Long Island Rail Road station.

Located minutes away from the MacArthur Airport, the hub was supposed to "bring residential and commercial spaces to Long Island."

Fans pointed out on Reddit that this may be significant in the hints dropped in Only Murders in the Building.

Aside from the fact that Charles' sister, Doreen, lives close to the Long Island site, Sazz did previously mention that her dream trampoline site for Paradise was a former toxic waste site.

Not to mention, the fact that Helga's plane ticket clue may have been meant for the MacArthur Airport.

Sazz may have purchased said land for a cheaper price, a fan surmised, but it is also possible that the land eventually grew its value, worth much more than when she initially invested in it, which could be why she was 'hunted down' for it.

Another chimed in that the revitalization of the Ronkonkoma project cost $2.8 Billion for development, and if it connects to the show, it could explain "how her property shot up in value", as a result of the aforementioned project.
