Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom recently confirmed their breakup after a decade-long relationship and six-year engagement. But despite officially parting ways, the former couple reunited in Italy over the weekend.

Perry and Bloom were spotted aboard a yacht with newlyweds Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez, along with other guests, off the Amalfi Coast. The two were also with their daughter, Daisy Dove.

As this seemed to be a happy family outing, are Perry and Bloom back together or not?

Are Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom Back Together?

Just days after confirming their split, Perry and Bloom were seen together aboard Sanchez and Bezos’ luxurious $500 million yacht.

While their reunion quickly sparked speculation about a possible reconciliation, the pair seemed more focused on presenting a united front for their four-year-old daughter.

In fact, photographs showed their warm interactions with Daisy, as they took turns looking after her. At one point, the Pirates of the Caribbean star was seen lifting and kissing his child, while the singer-songwriter hugged her tightly.

The family of three also went on a walk through the picturesque streets of Capri and enjoyed some ice cream together.

So, despite ending their romance, the pair appeared to remain amicable and committed to co-parenting Daisy.

On July 3, Perry and Bloom confirmed their breakup through their representatives, officially ending their engagement after nearly a decade together.

Prior to the announcement, rumors had already been circulating that their relationship was “over.” But despite the split, the couple made it clear they remain committed to co-parenting their daughter.

“Due to the abundance of recent interest and conversation surrounding Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry’s relationship, representatives have confirmed that Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on coparenting,” their statement read.

“They will continue to be seen together as a family, as their shared priority is — and always will be — raising their daughter with love, stability and mutual respect.”

For starters, the former couple had been in an on-again, off-again relationship since they began dating in 2016. They briefly separated in 2017 but reconciled the following year.

In 2018, Bloom proposed to Perry on Valentine’s Day during a romantic helicopter ride. However, despite being engaged for over five years, the two never officially tied the knot. They welcomed their daughter in 2020.

Rumors of trouble in paradise began surfacing earlier this year, coinciding with Perry’s ongoing LifeTimes Tour, which runs from April to December 2025.

Sources claimed their relationship began to deteriorate after the release of Perry’s latest album, 143, in September 2024. Never setting a wedding date was also cited as a possible reason to the tension building in their relationship.

“[Perry and Bloom] never set a date for the wedding or got around to planning anything and Orlando is over it,” the insider revealed.

To add more fuel to the fire, Bloom attended Bezos and Sanchez’s $50 million wedding in Italy alone and shared a cryptic post about “a new beginning.”

On the other hand, Perry got emotional onstage as she ended the Australian leg of her tour on June 30.

Anyhow, despite calling it quits, what important is they share the same promise to raise their child well.
