Pop star Katy Perry surprised her audience when she warned a fan to stay away from her fiancé, Orlando Bloom, during her concert.
The confrontation, which was caught on video and later uploaded to TikTok, became one of the highlights of the Roar singer’s Lifetime tour.
Katy Perry Stops Show to Warn Fan Messaging Orlando Bloom
Katy Perry had a hilarious fan interaction while onstage for her concert in Nevada on May 17.
In a video uploaded by @143katyperry on TikTok, the singer was about to perform her track “I’m His, He’s Mine” when she leaned over to talk to a man in the audience.
“Cute grin. I know why you’re here. Listen, if you keep DM-ing my man…” Perry, who’s in a relationship with Orlando Bloom, said. “You’ve been doing it for months, ever since the residency.”
She continued fake-scolding the man, named Kyle, “You didn’t come to see me play.”
While the audience tried to playfully urge Perry to reprimand Kyle, she repeatedly said the Lord of the Rings star is hers. “Stay the f*** away from him.”
Perry, who’s engaged to Bloom and shares a daughter named Daisy with him, reminded Kyle, “Seriously, get your own life. I’m his wife.”
Perry stood up and walked to the center of the stage as the music from her 143 album started, but first stated, “He don’t want you, Kyle.”
The man confronted by Perry was caught on camera laughing at what happened. Kyle, who also uploaded the video, captioned it: “In my homewrecker era.”
“This all started because I asked Katy to sing my favorite deep cut and may have had to call in Orlando for some assistance. Now I have the concert memory of a lifetime.” Kyle revealed to LADbible, indicating the lightheartedness of his interaction with the pop icon.
The fan added, “But let’s just hope she forgives me for DM-ing her man and lets me back in at her next show.”

Perry pausing her Las Vegas concert to confront a fan, as a joke, for messaging Bloom became one of the most memorable parts of her 2025 Lifetime Tour.
Many fans commented on Kyle’s viral video and shared their delight at the exchange. One supporter said, “THIS IS THE GREATEST THING EVER! So happy for you, Kyle.”
“[Please] the way I thought she was serious,” one TikTok user noted, convinced she was being genuinely territorial about her partner.
Another user, who stated they were also at the concert at the time, said, “She didn’t hold back. I loved watching this in real time.”
Some users on X reacted differently and did not realize that Perry's comments were just her way of introducing her next song, “I’m His, He’s Mine,” from the 143 album.
“This is embarrassing and pathetic of her,” one X user commented.
“Kinda pathetic she’s fighting with someone she knows will never take her man. Calm down,” another wrote.
“She [is] so disgusting ……. So irrelevant, and her husband lol that’s the only thing she has going for her at this point,” one commenter said.
Perry referred to herself as Bloom’s wife during the concert, but since their engagement in 2019, there have been no announcements about when they will be married, or if they already are.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the couple postponed their wedding but welcomed their daughter, Daisy Dove Bloom, in August 2020.
