Based on the book by Bárbara Anderson, the film stars Mori as Bárbara, a devoted mother who pours her heart and soul into caring for her son, Lucca, who has cerebral palsy.

Her investigation begins when she receives an envelope containing a note that reads, “Do you want to play?” Inside is a Polaroid of a gagged young woman—an invitation to a sinister challenge known as the Game of the Soul.

Risking her life and sanity, Miren teams up with Jaime (Mike Esparbé) to uncover a web of secrets, lies, and deeply scarred characters, each as haunted as she is.
