Before fans can celebrate the return of Stranger Things this May, Netflix will be welcoming back several highly anticipated shows along with its usual batch of new movies. One of those highly anticipated shows is Ozark Season 4, Part 2, which will conclude the award-winning crime drama's run. The American series starring Jason Bateman, Laura Linney, and Julia Garner will be released on April 29. Netflix already released a full trailer for it, and fans are getting more hyped.
On April 8, the Spanish teen drama series Elite will be returning for its fifth season, and it'll likely introduce a new mystery in Las Encinas, a fictional elite secondary school in Spain. In addition to the returning cast members, Elite Season 5 will star Valentina Zenere as Sofia, Adam Nourou as Eric, André Lamoglia as Gonzalo, and Isabel Garrido in an undisclosed role.
Surprisingly, Netflix also announced that 365 Days: This Day, the sequel to the 2020 erotic Polish movie 365 Days, will be released on April 27, and the streaming giant already released the trailer and first look images for it.
Another highly anticipated show is Russian Doll: Season 2, starring Natasha Lyonne, Charlie Barnett, and Greta Lee. It's been three years since its debut, and it's finally going to be released on April 20. The comedy-drama follows a game developer (Lyonee) who repeatedly dies and relives the same night in an ongoing time loop and tries to solve it.
For anime lovers, Netflix will be adding the 2012 film One Piece Film: Z and Season 2 of Pacific Rim: The Black, and Ultraman: Season 2.
