Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been enjoying their lives in California. However, a royal expert claimed that some Americans want them to return to the United Kingdom.
Americans Don't Like Prince Harry And Meghan Markle?
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped back from their royal duties in 2020. They briefly moved to Canada before they settled in Los Angeles, California.
After nearly three years, the Americans are reportedly done with them and want them to return to his home country.
"I am going to tell you something you do not want to hear, in the States the conversation is Harry and Meghan need to apologise and they need to move back to the UK," royal expert and commentator Kinsey Schofield said on GB News, per Express.
"That is what we are saying here in America, that they need to move back to the UK. I know that is the last thing Brits want."
The To Di For Daily podcast host added that there was nothing interesting in Prince Harry and Markle. She claimed that the only interesting thing about the Sussexes are their ties to the royal family.
"They are not interesting people, they're not exciting people, there's nothing inside of them. They don't provide anything and I think that what we liked about them was their relation to the British Royal Family, so I think that they've got to be closer to the British Royal Family."
Did Meghan Markle And Prince Harry Make The Right Decision To Leave Their Royal Life?
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were very popular when they moved to the United States. However, things changed after they did their first interview with Oprah Winfrey in March 2021.
Apparently, many were not impressed with them airing their dirty laundry in public. They have shared many things against the royal family, and the firm's silence turned the tables on the Sussexes.
Markle wasn't invited to Oprah Winfrey's 69th birthday last month. There were speculations that what they gave up wasn't worth it.
"Snubs like this show that the tide is turning with the Sussexes - and that the gamble that saw them trade in the lifelong duty of being working royalty for the money and fame of being celebrities hasn't paid off," Spectator columnist Kara Kennedy wrote.
She added that Hollywood insiders considered them drama and were allegedly distancing themselves from the royal couple. Schofield echoed the same sentiment.
"…The reality is that they are seen as drama. They are also considered untrustworthy and a private conversation you have with them could end up repeated on a podcast, a reality show, or within a book," Schoefield said on Fox News Digital.
