Marvel's Avengers Reveals Next War Table Stream and Beta Details

The last time Marvel's Avengers had a War Table stream it was a solid success, showing us that M.O.D.O.K. was one of this game's major villains while also detailing its gameplay well, showing us it's an interesting mix of Arkham Asylum combat and Destiny-style multiplayer missions. We saw some intriguing stuff from the game but fans wanted a little more, which is why they will be happy to know that a second War Table stream has been announced for this month.

Revealed on the official Twitter of Marvel's Avengers, the next War Table stream will take place on July 29, which is still a few weeks away. Thankfully, the company also revealed some new details about the game's upcoming beta and when they will take place; those that pre-order the PS4 version will try it out on August 7, while Xbox One and PC owners get the beta on August 14. The beta will open to everyone on August 21.

We're going to assume that the second War Table stream will cover various aspects of the beta, though fans would love it if they announced a new hero. Crystal Dynamics made it clear that new stories and characters would be free updates for the game but revealing someone like Captain Marvel or Hawkeye would be nice.

Fans not interested in the beta will be able to get Marvel's Avengers on PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Google Stadia on September 4. The PS5 and Xbox Series X version come out this Holiday season, with PS4 and Xbox One owners getting a free next-gen upgrade, regardless of whether they get a physical or digital version.
