The internet's collective jaw dropped when comedian Kumail Nanjiani posted his body transformation for Marvel's Eternals, and everyone has been curious of how things are different for him now that he has a body of an action star.
During an appearance on Conan, Nanjiani jokes that his muscles have somehow made him "less interesting." He says, "People expect me to be different, and I'm really not… I'm slightly less interesting because I do talk about working out a lot. And I'm slightly less funny. Other than that, same guy."
What's also funny about Najiani is that he says that the muscles are mostly "decorative" and he can't even open up a pickle jar for his wife if she asked. I don't know what Nanjiani is talking about since his humor is just as spot-on as ever. I'm wondering if Eternals will manage to use any of it when the movie finally comes out.
Though Eternals may have caught a production snag not too long ago, things look to be going back to schedule when it comes to the movie. We don't know when we're going to get our first preview for the film yet, but I have a feeling it could come out with The Falcon and The Winter Soldier which is set to release this August. Best case scenario, we get an after-credits tease at the end of Black Widow in May.
Marvel's Eternals is set to come out this Nov. 6.
