Is Uta the Daughter of Shanks?
No, Uta is not biologically related to Shanks in One Piece Film: Red.
Shanks, like the other members of the Red Hair Pirates, treats Uta like a real daughter. They consider her family, in addition to being the musician of the entire crew.
Uta's backstory revealed that she frequently accompanied Shanks and the Red Hair Pirates on their sea adventures.
