It's almost time for the final episode of Hawkeye and yet fans continue to have theories about what will happen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe series. For instance, it is believed that Spider-Man will show up and help save the day in the season finale. So will we see Peter Parker swinging into action this Wednesday? Hailee Steinfeld has addressed the possibility and it sounds like she's excited about it!
Hailee Steinfeld was a guest on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon where the host mentioned that Spider-Man is in New York. The straight-faced Steinfeld agreed then vaguely pointed out that it would be cool if the web-slinger showed up in the season finale.
It's pretty obvious that Steinfeld is hiding something and fans believe that she is trying to mislead people from expecting Spider-Man in the Hawkeye finale. Of course, it has not yet been confirmed whether Tom Holland will make an appearance in Episode 6 so it's best to take this with a grain of salt.
Although the idea of Spider-Man showing up in the Hawkeye season finale is a welcome one, there are other big things to look forward to this week. For instance, it is believed that Vincent D'onofrio will finally appear as Wilson Fisk in the episode and tease his future return in the spin-off series Echo. We're also hoping to find out if Kazi will embrace the Clown persona and whether Kate Bishop will finally become the new Hawkeye.
Hawkeye Episode 5 concluded with Kate learning the truth about her mother and Eleanor Bishop's connection to Kingpin was also revealed. But could this mean Kate will turn her back on her own mother or is there still a way to help Eleanor? The truth will be revealed tomorrow.
The final episode of Hawkeye has not yet been given an official title. However, it is already expected to premiere on Disney+ on December 22, 2021.
