We're only a few weeks away from the premiere of Godzilla vs Kong and there's a new international trailer that could reveal that Kong is currently stuck in a strange new world.
The Chinese trailer for Godzilla vs Kong opens with Kong waking up in his home. As he awakens, his new little friend races towards him holding a doll version of Kong. The two exchange the sign language for "home," Kong suddenly grabs a tree and launches it at the sky. It is then revealed that he has been living in a false home.
It is unclear if this scene is in the early part of the film or much later but there is little doubt that Kong is unhappy about being kept in captivity. Hopefully, the truth about the home Kong and his friend longs for will be revealed in the movie.
In addition to the international trailer, the official Chinese poster for Godzilla vs Kong has been revealed and it shows the awesome clash between the two leviathans. Check it out below.
