Will There Be a Gen V Season 2?
Yes, Gen V has been renewed for Season 2 at Amazon Prime Video! Vernon Sanders, head of television at Amazon MGM Studios, said in a statement (via Variety):

The news is not really a big surprise for fans considering that prior to the show's renewal, there was already a writers' room for Season 2. But at least now, we know that another season is officially confirmed.

Gen V Season 2 Release Date: When Will the Second Season Come Out?
As of writing, there is no official release date for Gen V Season 2 yet. It is unlikely that Gen V Season 2 will be released in 2024 considering that it may clash with The Boys Season 4.
However, since the writers have already been working on the second season even before the renewal, there's a chance filming could begin next year, and we would be getting Season 2 in 2025.

Gen V Season 2 Plot: What Will the Second Season Be About?
There are no plot details for Gen V Season 2 yet since what happened in Gen V Season 1 sets up The Boys Season 4, not the second season of the spin-off.
The Supe-killing virus introduced in Gen V will be part of the story in The Boys Season 4, and we can expect The Boys Season 4 to give hints about what will happen in Gen V Season 2.

We might not be seeing Patrick Schwarzenegger, Shelley Conn, Marco Pigossi, and Clancy Brown in Gen V Season 2 considering their character's deaths, although they could return in flashback scenes.
