Jaz Sinclair stars as Marie Moreau, a blood manipulator with a tragic past. Jaz Sinclair is known for her roles as Rosalind "Roz" Walker in the Netflix series Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, Angela in the film Paper Towns, and Anna in When the Bough Breaks.

Chance Perdomo as Andre Anderson

Chance Perdomo joins the Gen V cast as Andre Anderson, a popular metal bender. Chance Perdomo starred as Ambrose Spellman in Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and Landon Gibson in the second, third, and fourth After films.
Lizze Broadway as Emma Meyer

Lizzie Broadway plays Emma Meyer, a size-shrinking supe and Marie’s roommate. Lizzie Broadway has appeared in The Rookie, Splitting Up Together, Here and Now, American Pie Presents: Girls' Rules, and the rom-com action film Ghosted.
Maddie Phillips as Cate Dunlap

Maddie Phillips joins the Gen V cast as Cate Dunlap, a supe with empath abilities. Maddie Phillips has starred in Ghost Wars, Project Mc2, and Teenage Bounty Hunters.

Derek Luh and London Thor as Jordan Li

Two actors play Jordan, a supe with the ability to shift between male and female forms. Jordan uses they/them pronouns and is the number two student at Godolkin. Derek Luh and London Thor play Jordan.
Derek Luh is a hip-hop artist who has toured with Machine Gun Kelly and an actor who appeared in All Rise and Shining Vale. London Thor has appeared in Netflix's You, Shameless, and The Girl on the Train.
Asa Germann as Sam

Asa Germann joins the Gen V cast as Sam, a supe with super strength and invulnerability. Germann has appeared in Dahmer - Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, Caviar, and Two Little Boys.
Shelley Conn as Indira Shetty

Shelley Conn joins the cast of Gen V as Indira Shetty, the dean of Godolkin University who doesn’t have powers. Shelley Conn is known for her roles as Lady Mary Sharma in the Netflix series Bridgerton and Beelzebub in the second season of Amazon Studios’ Good Omens.
Patrick Schwarzenegger as Luke Riordan/Golden Boy

Patrick Schwarzenegger stars as Luke Riordan/Golden Boy in Gen V. Luke is the top student at Godolkin University who has fire manipulation abilities.
Patrick Schwarzenegger, the son of Arnold Schwarzenegger, has starred in the rom-com movie Stuck in Love, Grown Ups 2, the romantic drama film Midnight Sun, the Netflix film Moxie, and the true crime drama series The Staircase.

Jessie T. Usher as Reggie Franklin/A-Train

Reggie Franklin/A-Train is one of the most famous graduates of Godolkin University. In the first episode, we see A-Train eight years ago in the news when he joined The Seven. A-Train is the first African-American member.
Jessie T. Usher has appeared in the films When the Game Stands Tall, Teenage, Independence Day: Resurgence, Shaft, and Smile.
Colby Minifie as Ashley Barrett

Colby Minifie reprises her role as Ashley Barrett, a publicist for Vought who later became the Vice President of Hero Management. She appears in the first and second episodes of Gen V, and it's clear that Ashley has more problems other than dealing with Homelander.
Colby Minifie has starred in Jessica Jones, Fear the Walking Dead, and I'm Thinking of Ending Things.
Claudia Doumit as Victoria Neuman

Congresswoman Victoria Neuman will be dropping by Godolkin University for a town hall (hopefully not to pop heads), so we will be seeing Claudia Doumit in the show.
Claudia Doumit is known for her portrayal of Farah Karim in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. She also appeared in the series Timeless, Scandal, and Supergirl.
P. J. Byrne as Adam Bourke

P.J. Byrne will be reprising his role as Adam Bourke, the director of the Vought Studios film Dawn of the Seven. In Gen V, Adam Bourke is a guest professor at Godolkin University. He appears in the second episode of the spin-off.
P.J. Byrne is known for his role as Bolin in the animated series The Legend of Korra. He has also appeared in the films The Wolf of Wall Street, Bombshell, and Shazam! Fury of the Gods.
Jensen Ackles as Ben/Soldier Boy

Jensen Ackles revealed that he will be making a cameo in Gen V, so we can expect to see Ben/Soldier Boy in the spin-off. Soldier Boy was America’s first and greatest superhero before Homelander, his biological son.
Jensen Ackles is best known for his portrayal of Dean Winchester in the dark fantasy series Supernatural.
During a Supernatural fan convention in New Orleans, Ackles said, "Soldier Boy pops up for a brief moment in this new spin-off of The Boys” (via Entertainment Weekly).
Chace Crawford as Kevin Moskowitz/The Deep

Kevin Moskowitz/The Deep is a member of The Seven who can breathe underwater and communicate with sea creatures. He appears in a video in the third episode of Gen V.
Chace Crawford is best known for his role as Nate Archibald in the teen drama series Gossip Girl. He also starred in the films The Covenant, The Haunting of Molly Hartley, Twelve, and What to Expect When You’re Expecting.
