Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure has finally been released, and lots of fans are ready to meet Jolyne. The anime series has released its first few episodes of Stone Ocean, and the series is already being talked about a lot online. Of course, fans of the series have known the Japanese casts for a long time, but the English dub cast has kept quiet until now as the English cast has been announced.
The announcement was released earlier this morning when the anime series JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean released its first twelve episodes on Netflix. Fans were able to check out the English dub and it was there they learned that the one playing Jolyne Cujoh is actually Kira Buckland. The star posted on Twitter to thank fans for all their support and to celebrate the release of the series.
Buckland wrote on her Twitter, "For the past 8 years, I have hoped that this moment would one day come. I can't believe I'm saying this, but... It is the biggest honor of my life to be the English voice of JOLYNE CUJOH in JOJO'S BIZARRE ADVENTURE: STONE OCEAN. My dream has finally come true."
Kira Buckland is joined by a lot of all-star talent cast in Stone Ocean. Casey Mangillo also commented that he is the one playing Emporion Alnino. Tiana Camacho was cast as Ermes Costello, and all of them are so hyped for the series.
They wrote, "I have been given the official okay to announce that I voice Ermes Costello in the English dub of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean. Playing her has been the biggest challenge and honor of my career so far. I love her endlessly, and I hope you do too."
Of course, there are other stars who have joined the impressive cast of Stone Ocean. Clifford Chapin is playing Romeo Jisso and Brittany Lauda is playing F.F. The one voicing the character Father Enrico Pucci is none other than Yong Yea. As more of the episodes get released, you can expect even more English dub legends to join the cast, and fans are eager and curious to see what will happen later in the series.
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean is currently streaming on Netflix. The first twelve episodes of the series were released on December 1, 2021.
