Anime News Network reports that Dragon Ball Super: Broly has earned a total of £850,000 in the UK and Ireland after being released in theaters there for just five days, becoming the highest-grossing anime film in those countries. In less than a week, the first Dragon Ball Super film has already surpassed Ponyo, The Wind Rises, and Your Name.
As of now, screenings for Dragon Ball Super: Broly are scheduled through Saturday, February 2. Broly already reached the $100 million mark globally, making it the highest-grossing film in the franchise.
