Does Kaya Like Kouji in My Happy Marriage?
No, Kaya doesnāt like Kouji in My Happy Marriage. She only liked the thought of marrying the only man who was kind to her older sister, Miyo.
In fact, Kaya inherited the same crude and cruel attitude from her mother, which shows through her interactions with Miyo and Kouji.
Although her attitude has something to do with her upbringing and the way she saw the world under her motherās negative influence.
Unlike Miyo, Kaya is well-pampered and loved in the Saimori household. She has the supernatural gift of the Saimori, which Miyo failed to awaken. This explains why Kaya is favored by the head of the household rather than Miyo.
Throughout the years, Kaya knew that she was far superior to Miyo. So, when her father asked her to marry Kouji and assume her position in the household, Kaya did not bother to contemplate or think twice.
If she ends up marrying Kouji, Kaya will be able to prove to Miyo that she can take anyone from her with just a snap of a finger.
Does Kouji Like Kaya in My Happy Marriage?
No, Kouji doesnāt like Kaya in My Happy Marriage. Rather, Kouji has loved Miyo ever since they were young. He just agreed to marry Kaya in the hopes that he could protect Miyo in his own way, even though it didnāt go the way he wanted it to.
Kouji only sees Miyo as the most beautiful girl in the world. He has taken a liking to Miyo because of her resilience and kind heart.
She was the most perfect girl ever, and Kaya doesnāt come close to her, at least in Koujiās opinion.
Kaya and Miyo are very different from each other, despite being sisters. While Kaya is rude and arrogant, Miyo is down-to-earth and kind.
Who would want to be with someone like Kaya? Yes, sheās beautiful and well-groomed, but her nasty behavior is not attractive at all!
Unfortunately, Kouji can only follow his fatherās orders for the sake of their family.
The Tatsuishi household is also losing power, and what better way to return to their former glory than to arrange a marriage with yet another household under the emperorās wing?
However, Kouji was asked to marry Kaya instead of Miyo. But due to Koujiās kind demeanor and his love for Miyo, he had no choice but to agree to the arranged wedding.
Heās more than willing to sacrifice his own happiness in exchange for Miyoās freedom.

Do Kaya and Kouji End Up Together?
No, Kaya and Kouji did not end up together in My Happy Marriage despite being betrothed to each other. They are still engaged, but they are separated for the time being.
Everything went down the drain after Kaya and the head of the Tatsuishi Family kidnapped Miyo.
While Kaya wanted to replace Miyo as Kiyokaās fiancĆ©e, the head of the Tatsuishi family wanted Miyo to marry Kouji due to her Usuba blood.
As a result, Kouji went to ask for Kiyokaās help. He doesnāt have that much power to stop Kayaās plan, but he knows that Kiyoka can save Miyo in a heartbeat.
True enough, Kiyoka effortlessly ransacked the Saimori household to find Miyo.
Aside from burning the place, Kiyoka also stormed inside the warehouse, where the perpetrators held Miyo hostage.
Kiyoka successfully saved Miyo, and the perpetrators were eventually punished for their actions.
In the end, Kouji decided to go to Kyoto to train his abilities in the hopes that he would be able to revive the Saimori family and protect all the things that were precious to him, including Miyo.
Will Kaya and Kouji Return Together?
As of writing, Kaya and Kouji have not made an appearance in any further episodes of the anime. The same goes for the light novel, which is focused on Miyo and Kiyoka's story.
It also seems unlikely that the two of them would come back together and reunite with Miyo and Kiyoka.
They are separated, but Kouji still wants to pursue Kaya in the hopes that he will be able to bring the Saimoris back to their position.
