Demon Slayer’s next season is officially coming in the first half of 2024. What’s even better for Demon Slayer fans is that the Hashira Training Arc was also confirmed to get a World Tour this February.
Details about the anime’s next season were shared via a new promo video titled promotional reel 2024 released in January.
This video doesn’t exactly show new footage, but it does feature some key details about the upcoming World Tour. The anime’s release window was also confirmed.
Crunchyroll then released a new trailer that also revealed the global theatrical release dates of the movie.
Hashira Training Arc Gets Spring 2024 Premiere Window
Spring 23 saw the release of Demon Slayer's Swordsmith Village Arc. This is effectively the anime’s third season, and it showed the Love and Mist Hashira in action alongside Tanjiro, Nezuko, and Genya.
Following the third season’s finale, it was revealed that the Hashira Training Arc will get adapted into an anime soon.
This quick renewal made sense. After all, the show continues to be an incredibly popular anime around the world. At the time though, there were no release details revealed for the anime’s next installment.
Finally, it’s now confirmed that the Hashira Training Arc will premiere in Spring 24. This means fans should be able to watch the anime’s next installment in April 2024 at the earliest on streaming platforms.
Given that this arc is one of the shortest in the manga, it’ll be interesting to see how long this next installment is. After all, there might not be enough material for a proper 11-episode season.
We don’t know the show’s episode count yet, but what we do know is that the Hashira Training Arc anime will premiere with a one-hour-long episode.
