Failure Frame Is an Isekai Fantasy Anime with a Twist

Failure Frame may seem like a sci-fi anime at first, but its full title betrays the series’ genre.

Officially titled Failure Frame: I Became the Strongest and Annihilated Everything with Low-Level Spells, this series is an isekai anime that can also be classified as a dark fantasy because of its darker take on the genre.

Its story follows Touka Mimori who is summoned to a fantasy world along with his classmates. Soon, he is banished to a dungeon by the goddess who summoned them for being too weak to be a hero.

Mimori discovers that, despite only having an E-rank, he has unusual abilities. Because of this, he vows to take revenge on the goddess that summoned them.
