Jonathan Majors has been doing a great job being a villain in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and with a short stint in Loki as He Who Remains, everyone witnessed his arrival as Kang the Conqueror in Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania. However, that's not the last everyone has seen him or his variants.

The post-credits scene of Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania proves why Kang is the most dangerous villain that there is for the MCU. The arrival of the Council of Kangs just shows how powerful he is as a being, regardless of the universe or timeline where he came from.

He Who Remains once said in Loki, "If you think I'm evil, well, just wait 'til you meet my variants. He wasn't wrong when he said that, in fact, controlling the main timeline through the Time Variance Authority has kept his variants at bay, a villain so vile that could have been stopped had Sylvie gave up on her vengeance.

In the comics, the Council of Kangs is formed by Kang Prime, also known as Immortus, who is brought to Limbo by his future self because he knows how destructive are his variants and he aims to destroy all other copies of himself from other realities.

Ant-Man & the Wasp: Quantumania post-credits scene just introduced to the MCU the Council of Kangs led by Immortus, Rama-Tut, and Scarlet Centurion. There, Immortus called out all of their kind and brought it to a stadium, a scene familiar to the comic book readers because it is exactly the same one!
