Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura revealed a series of serious medical issues she allegedly suffered from Sean “Diddy” Combs’ drug-fueled, sex parties, known as “Freak Off,” on the second day of her testimony at her ex’s sex-trafficking trial in Manhattan federal court.

Cassie has been giving graphic details of everything she experienced at the hands of Diddy, who’s facing charges for sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution, during their decade-long on-and-off relationship since taking the stand on Tuesday, May 13.

Unfortunately, the coercive sexual encounters, drug use, and physical abuse, have taken a significant physical and psychological toll on Cassie.

Stomach and Gastrointestinal Issues

Taking the witness stand on Wednesday, May 14, Assistant United States Attorney Emily Johnson asked Cassie what “medical issues” she suffered from “Freak Offs” throughout her relationship with Diddy.

“I had a lot of stomach issues and gastrointestinal issues from taking drugs,” she said.

On the first day of her testimony, the “Me & U” singer revealed she took a cocktail of drugs, such as ecstasy, marijuana, ketamine, GHB, aka “date rape drug,” or mushrooms during her sexual interactions with the music mogul and an escort.

“I couldn’t imagine myself doing any of that without having some sort of buffer or a way to not feel the way it really was, which was emotionless and sex with a stranger who I didn’t want to have sex with,” she explained.

‘Frequent’ Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs)

Cassie, who’s eight months pregnant with her third child by husband Alex Fine, was also afflicted with “frequent” urinary tract infections (UTIs) caused by the “back-to-back” sex sessions during the “Freak Offs.”

According to the singer-songwriter, these exploitative sex parties could last from 36 hours to four days to “maybe even more.”

They consistently happened every week throughout the course of their relationship and she sometimes even had to participate while on her period.

“I was doing a ‘Freak-Off’ with an infection,” she confessed.

The infection worsened to the point that cranberry juice, pills, and other remedies were no longer working, describing her situation “just a mess.”

“[It was] really painful for a long time,” she continued. “I actually can’t believe I dealt with that.”

With that being said, the 38-year-old singer-songwriter described having sex with a UTI as “horrible,” adding that it gave her “the most uncomfortable, burning” sensation.

Tongue Sores

The soon-to-be mother-of-three also had “sores” on her tongue due to the substances she would come in contact with, like oil and lubricants.

At one point, Cassie revealed Diddy had a blow-up pool filled with oil and lube inside of a hotel room during one of their “Freak Offs” to give them “glistening” bodies that the hip-hop icon loved.

Male escort named Daniel Phillip also earlier testified on the witness stand that there would be bottles of baby oil and Astroglide lubricant on the table each time he and Cassie would have sex.

Opioid Addiction

During the cross-examination on Thursday, May 15, Cassie admitted to developing opioid addiction, which made her “feel numb” after the sexual encounters.

The dancer testified that she needed more time to recover after the “Freak Offs” because of dehydration and drug abuse.

She would sometimes take IV fluids to recover until she ended up taking opioid.

However, Diddy would talk to the drug dealers in Los Angeles to stop delivering drugs to her. He even asked her to get treatment, only wanting her to do drugs with him and not with friends.

Psychological and Emotional Trauma

In addition to the physical ailments, Diddy’s physical abuse and control also took a toll on Cassie’s mental health.

“I just felt pretty horrible about myself. I felt disgusting. I felt humiliated,” she said.

Though she conceded that she didn’t want to participate in “Freak Offs,” she felt like she “had much of a choice.”

She first participated in these encounters in 2000 and continued until their split in 2018.

Due to the profound psychological impact of everything that happened, Cassie confessed that she considered taking her own life while her children were in the next room due to the flashbacks of Diddy’s alleged abuse.

“I was spinning out,” she said, recalling her suicidal thoughts in 2023. “I didn’t want to be alive anymore at that point.”

Cassie broke down as she detailed how she tried to end her life while her kids were asleep.

“I couldn’t take the pain I was in anymore and just tried to walk out the front door into traffic,” she said, adding that she told her husband: “You can do this without me, you don’t need me anymore.”

Fine, who was also in the court, stopped his wife from walking out the door.

Cassie would sometimes break down in tears as she gave her testimony, a year after filing a lawsuit against Combs for rape.

Though it was settled shortly, with a staggering $20 million payout from the Bad Boy Records founder and his partners, she’s considered a key witness in the federal government’s case against Diddy.

The CCTV footage of her 2016 beating at the InterContinental Hotel, which was released in full during the trial, has been used as evidence of the years-long battle with domestic abuse.
