Ahsoka ended, tying up some loose threads but setting up a bit too much for the future. So, what exactly happened? Here's Ahsoka's ending explained:

What Will Happen to Ahsoka and Sabine?
The Ahsoka show ends with Ahsoka and Sabine stranded in Peridea.
Given how long it took them to find Ezra, we doubt that Filoni's upcoming Star Wars movie will have time to bring them home.
A possible second season of Ahsoka might deal with that, but Ahsoka seems to believe that she and her apprentice are currently where they need to be.
Ahsoka is deeply connected with the spiritual side of the Force so we have an idea or two as to what her role might be (more on that below)!
How Will Ezra Be Received?
In the finale, Ezra finally gets to go home by stealing some stormtrooper armor and infiltrating Thrawn's ranks.
Ezra reunites with Hera and Chopper who are shocked and moved to see him.
It would be exciting to see Ezra meet Jacen Syndulla, the son of his master Kanan, and perhaps even teach him how to use the Force.
We believe that Ezra will likely be received as a war hero, but, until Thrawn makes his move the Senators who disbelieved Hera might not be open to Ezra's reports.
Therefore, a rescue for Sabine and Ahsoka seems unlikely in the near future.
What Is Baylan Skoll's Plan, Exactly?
Baylan Skoll's full plan has not fully unravelled. However, it's clear that he isn't concerned with people like Thrawn.
Skoll is chasing legends and the final shot gives us a hint as to his next goal.
In the finale, we see him standing on a giant statue of the gods of Mortis.
These gods died in Clone Wars after an encounter with Anakin, Obi-Wan, and Ahsoka but the extended Star Wars universe associates them with a much scarier deity.
Abeloth, the "Mother" of the deity trio, got corrupted and became an agent of chaos whom her "family" had to seal away.
Baylan is looking for a source of power, and his standing on the statue of the Father -- which seems to be pointing somewhere -- suggests that he might be seeking to free Abeloth.
If this is indeed his plan and if he succeeds, he might be unleashing unspeakable horrors into the galaxy.
It might be up to Ahsoka and Sabine to stop him.
What About Shin Hati?
Shin Hati's last shot shows her meeting the bandits who attacked Ezra and Sabine earlier on.
Now that joining Thrawn is no longer an option, Hati will presumably join the bandits and some viewers think that she may become their leader.
She may meet Sabine and Ahsoka again and we can only imagine how this would go!
