2026 sets HBO and HBO Max's subscription plans ablaze, as the multi-year renewal will continue to bring A24 exclusively to these platforms in the US during the Pay-1 window. The Pay-1 window is the first window after each film's theatrical and PVOD release.
HBO Max subscribers will continue to have access to the beloved indie studio's films as long as the deal is renewed.
"A24 has been an incredible partner, bringing a slate of talented creative voices and an engaged audience base to the platform," said Royce Battleman, executive vice president of global content acquisitions. "Their bold storytelling perfectly complements the distinct programming offered on HBO Max."
In 2025, A24's Pay-1 titles ranked among HBO Max's top 10 movies in their first two weeks on the service. According to The Hollywood Reporter's data, nearly 70% of HBO Max viewers kept watching and rewatching A24 films, averaging 4 titles. And don't think it will stop in 2026.
Here are 6 upcoming A24 titles coming to HBO Max.
