Nevermore Academy is out of session, and what better way for an Addams to spend summer vacation than to train her psychic powers and track down the notorious serial killer known as the Kansas City Scalper?

The Kansas City Scalper, called Chet, may have just been a cameo, but it's one of the most prominent figures Wednesday mentioned in the first season, where she admitted she has hunted the criminal since she was 11. The killer is a "beauty school dropout who became obsessed with hair," as told on Netflix Tudum.

Who could deny attaining even a strand of Wednesday's hair would be a remarkable feat to add to his collection? As Chet mentioned, he "remembers his special guests" by presenting them with a lookalike doll of their own.

In the first episode, Wednesday was seen tied to his basement before Thing (Victor Dorobantu) rescued her. As eerie as that scene was, fans consider this cameo a legendary moment, for who wouldn't remember the iconic child actor Haley Joel Osment?

Before Wednesday season 2, Haley Joel Osment played other notable villainous characters, such as Dr. Stu Camillo in Hulu's Future Man, Mesmer, aka the telepathic supe who turned in the Boys to Homelander on Amazon Prime's hit series, and Travis McCredle in The World Made Straight.

However, Osment is actually most iconically remembered for his youth. Specifically, when he earned an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actor in The Sixth Sense, a psychological and supernatural thriller that starred the child, named Cole Sear, who could communicate with the spirits of the dead.

Osment was also previously known for being the junior version of the titular character, Forrest Gump, in the 1990s, as well as starring in AI: Artificial Intelligence as David, a classic take on Pinocchio who strives to become a real human, all in favor of gaining his mother's love.
