While it wasn't directly shown that he was shot, it was seen in the end of the Pink Episode of Kaleidoscope that Ray Vernon a.k.a. Leo Pap was being followed by a man with a gun and it was seen that the guy took his gun and a gunshot was heard right as the screen turned pink.

The clue on who the killer is was revealed in the White Episode, it turns out that the killer and the son of Roger Salas, Brad, has the same shirt and that detail was highly given importance because it shows that what goes around, comes around, and vengeance grows over time.

The death of Ray Vernon was quite a pain to see considering that he still has some wounds to mend with his daughter, Hannah, and after all, he was already being taken over by Parkinson's disease.

In the Pink Episode of Kaleidoscope, Bob and his goons killed the fencer of Ava, to get to the location of Leo and Ava, somewhere in the woods, and when Bob and his guys arrived, while Ava took one of them down, Ava, Te-te, and Leo were all held up and tied up.

One of the most shocking deaths in Kaleidoscope was that of RJ Acosta, the driver of the team, because there was so much to him only to be killed by one of the people he considered his friend -- a really traitorous act by Judy Goodwin.

RJ wasn't really in the idea of betraying the others so when Bob told him about the change of plans, the kid of the team who was supposed to drive them out shot Bob. Judy saw it all that when RJ had Bob at gunpoint, she shot him leading to his instantaneous death. Worse, they threw RJ's body to the dumpster.

Ray and Graham were supposed to rob the auction of the club but it turns out Lily was called by her boss to do some papers. The plan of Ray and Graham failed and to escape, Graham set the place on fire. Unfortunately, Lily was trapped and even when Graham could have gotten to her in time, he walked away.
