Who's that fuzzy alien?! Seen on the trailer of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is a creature with four ears, an unusual expression, and one too many teeth named Blurp who may potentially be one of the most important characters in the film.
Who is the Fuzzy Alien Blurp in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3?
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 has a fair share of fuzzy characters from Rocket to Cosmo the Spacedog but there's one that's new to everyone -- Blurp.
James Gunn personally confirmed the name of the newest fuzzy alien in the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 as Blurp, just Blurp.
Blurp is a F'saki alien who may probably be one of the most important characters in the MCU going forward as teased by James Gunn.
Speaking with Empire, Gunn teases the arrival of Blurp, “I am incredibly excited about Blurp as well. He’s a great character and offers a lot to the Guardians universe.”
As Gunn leaves the MCU being the new head of DC Studios, he is leaving behind Blurp for the future of the whole franchise!
In the same interview, Gunn reveals more about Blurp, “Blurp begins as a pet of one of the Ravagers in the movie. He carries him around.”
Gunn shares, “Blurp is what’s known as a furry F’saki. In the very first movie, if you remember, there was that Orloni table that they were betting on, with that beast that was eating the animals."

Gunn adds, "The bigger thing was eating the smaller things. That thing was a non-furry F’saki. Blurp is a furry F’saki. So that’s what he is. He’s a pet."
His origins, however, are known in the Marvel lore being from the small reptilian carnivores called the F'saki.
The F'saki are from Knowhere where they prey on the Orlinis, the rodents on the planet.
By the end of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, Blurp becomes one of the members of the team through Adam Warlock who now became his pet owner. Adam joins the team and is now an official member under the tutelage of Rocket.
Blurp joins the gang in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 with Chris Pratt as Star-Lord/ Peter Quill, Zoe Saldaña as Gamora, and Karen Gillan as Nebula.
The team is completed with Pom Klementieff as Mantis, Dave Bautista as Drax the Destroyer, Sean Gunn as Kraglin, with the voices of Bradley Cooper as Rocket, and Vin Diesel as Groot.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will also have Maria Bakalova as Cosmo the Spacedog, and the debut of Will Poulter as Adam Warlock and Chukwudi Iwuji as the High Evolutionary.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is now in theaters worldwide.
