Sadie Sink has long been speculated to play the likes of Jean Grey, shapeshifting Menace, or even Mayday Parker.

While Spider-Man: Brand New Day is still practically a year away, new set photos have been leaked, seemingly revealing who the Stranger Things star is in the MCU!

Whoever Sink is playing in the MCU, her role will involve the character being wheeled into a black van on a gurney, as seen in the set video here. The actress doesn't appear to be moving, and according to other news outlets, the people taking her come from the Department of Damage Control.

Considering that Sink is rumored to play a superhuman with superpowers, it's something that the department had taken special interest in after the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home and Ms. Marvel.

The department in question, after all, plans to confiscate alien technology and control all superhuman activity, both of which don't look good for her and Peter Parker, should they actually get caught.

If you look closely, there's also the likelihood that Sink's character is already dead, being wheeled in a body bag.

Sink first broke her silence on being cast in the Marvel Cinematic Universe back in March, where she strongly claimed, "This is news to me. No, I have nothing to say about this. The rumors are really cool, though. It's an awesome rumor. Yeah, I know the character. It's a great character, so it was cool to read. I think that's super exciting."

Spider-Man: Brand New Day doesn't just bring back iconic characters such as Mephisto, The Punisher, The Scorpion, and the Savage Hulk. It will also see Peter Parker (Tom Holland) enter college as he navigates his double life as a citizen and as a hero, even after the world's memories were wiped of his existence.

Despite being wiped, Parker still has the responsibility to protect the city, heck, the world, if the situation called for it. He will find himself caught between powerful enemies, old legacies, and unexpected allies, according to the recently revealed synopsis for the webslinger's fourth flick.

Meanwhile, fans can expect Spider-Man: Brand New Day to premiere on the big screens on July 31, 2026.
