When Yellowstone Season 4 ended, it left its viewers with several questions. How will the Dutton family start over after a militia attack? Will Beth Patton (Kelly Reilly) get the revenge she's looking for on Jamie (Wes Bentley)'s biological dad?
There are so many questions that viewers would love to get an answer to. And thankfully, fans don't have too long to wait since the release date of Yellowstone Season 5 has been announced.
Yellowstone Season 5 Release Date: When is It?
Back in February 2022, Paramount Network announced that Yellowstone Season 5 will be returning to TV screens real soon. Paramount Network typically releases shows over long holiday weekends so that its viewers can run a marathon on their favorite shows.
For Yellowstone Season 5, Paramount Network picked November 13 as its release date. And in its announcement, Paramount Network revealed that the fifth season will air in two installments.
Part one will have 7 episodes, which will air every Sunday.

Yellowstone Season 5 Plot: What Will It Be About?
In the ending of Yellowstone Season 4, Jamie Dutton (Bentley) was seen killing his father, Garrett Randall (Patton). Meanwhile, Beth (Reilly) managed to take a few incriminating photos of him as he disposed of the body. We could probably see what will happen to Jamie as he faces this discovery.
The new series will also feature Beth looking for a new job after the new antagonist, Caroline (Jacki Weaver), fires her. But fans of the show will stay glued to their seats to find out whether she gets her revenge on the CEO of Market Equities.
The finale of the previous season also showed Kayce (Grimes) experiencing some visions. It's interesting to see how these visions will be interpreted by the character and how it will affect his life.
And finally, the death of Sheriff Haskell (Hugh Dillon) surprised viewers. Now they're left to wonder who will take over his role.
We're also looking forward to a possible relationship between John (Costner) and Summer (Perabo) since the latter teased it in the previous season.
Will There Be More Seasons of Yellowstone?
Yes! As of this writing, Yellowstone is regarded as the highest-rated cable network TV show. It is also currently Paramount Network's only original scripted series. In fact, the channel had to put its plans to rebrand into the Paramount Movie Network on hold partly due to the show's success.
Because of this, Yellowstone already has its own spinoff series called 1883. A second spinoff series, titled 6666, is currently in production.
Is There a Yellowstone Season 5 Official Trailer Online?
Unfortunately, there is no official trailer for Yellowstone Season 5. Instead, Paramount Network released a teaser for the upcoming season.
The teaser features John Dutton (Costner) and Mo (Mo Brings Plenty) alone in an open field. John appears to be impatient and says "You know, I got better things to do with my day." Mo responds to this and, in a way, sends out a cryptic message to fans: "This is worth the wait, John."
