Watch the Avengers: Endgame Cast Read the Children's Book Version of Infinity War

Avengers: Endgame comes out later this month, and the entirety of the cast is spending the whole of April promoting the movie all over the world. During an appearance at Jimmy Kimmel Live, most of the cast of Endgame was asked to read the children's book version of Infinity War which—as every Marvel fan knows—was not a story for kids.

Check it out:

The last Avengers movie 'Avengers: Infinity War' was surprisingly dramatic and while kids love superheroes we're not so sure how they feel about intergalactic genocide. So we wrote a version of the movie that's kid-friendly and we asked the Avengers themselves to read it. So go wake your young ones and gather them around the TV set for story time with the Avengers: Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Chris Evans, Don Cheadle & Jeremy Renner.

While the whole cast wasn't complete for the reading, we still got some MCU heavyweights like Scarlett Johansson, Chris Evans, and Chris Hemsworth. Now that I think of it, every actor that got decimated in the last film kind of has it lucky when it comes to Endgame's press tour. They didn't have to do any obligatory promotion for the film, even if a lot of people are sure they'll all be back for it.

Endgame is coming out as the most anticipated movie of the year. Sure there's still Star Wars Episode IX, but fans have a lot of time to wait for that after April. For now, the big box office hype is on for how Iron Man, Captain America, and Thor will be going up against a genocidal purple alien.

Catch Avengers: Endgame when it hits theaters April 26.
