Zack Snyder may have just finished part 2 of his epic space opera, but he’s not slowing down anytime soon, as another project with Netflix is coming soon. This new animated series titled Twilight of the Gods just got a first look courtesy of a new image shared by Netflix.
While there’s no trailer yet, this visual does give fans a small taste of what to expect, at least visually.
What Is Zack Snyder’s Twilight of the Gods About?
Since Zack Snyder’s exit from the DC Extended Universe, he has kept himself busy with a major partnership with Netflix.
In recent years, Snyder directed Army of the Dead, which spawned its own cinematic universe. His latest project is Rebel Moon, a two-part space opera that only recently released its second half.
Even before Rebel Moon's release though, Netflix announced that Snyder is helming a new animated series being produced by Xilam Animation, the studio behind cartoons such as Zig & Sharko and Chip ‘n’ Dale: Park Life.
As its title implies, this series will follow the gods of Norse mythology and will feature a Viking setting.
