The White House has responded to South Park's jab against US President Donald Trump in the season 27 premiere episode.
The hit series was no-holds-barred when it returned for the 27th season last Wednesday night, as the episode poked fun at Trump and their parent company, Paramount. Most notably, they depicted that Trump has a small "manhood" and he was in bed with Satan. They also featured a fake PSA with a deepfake naked Trump that poked fun at his "manhood" as well.
How Did the White House Respond to South Park's Season 27 Premiere Episode?

White House Assistant Press Secretary, Taylor Rogers, issued a statement on behalf of Trump in response to South Park's jab against him in the season 27 premiere episode titled "Sermon on the 'Mount."
They noted that the "Left has no authentic" content, the series "hasn't been relevant" for more than 20 years, and their jab will not derail the President's "hot streak."
"The Left's hypocrisy truly has no end — for years they have come after South Park for what they labeled as 'offense' content, but suddenly they are praising the show. Just like the creators of South Park, the Left has no authentic or original content, which is why their popularity continues to hit record lows," Rogers said.
"This show hasn't been relevant for over 20 years and is hanging on by a thread with uninspired ideas in a desperate attempt for attention. President Trump has delivered on more promises in just six months than any other president in our country's history — and no fourth-rate show can derail President Trump's hot streak."
Despite the White House's outrage, South Park proceeded with launching a website dedicated to the fake PSA that they featured in the episode.
What is the South Park Creators' Reaction to the White House Outrage?
Yesterday, South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone showed up at the show's Comic-Con panel to discuss the controversial premiere episode.
At the beginning of the panel, Parker sarcastically apologized for the episode. "We’re terribly sorry," he said. It drew an uproarious laugh from the crowd.
When the host of the panel joked that he had a subpoena for the duo. "That’s fine, man, I’m ready," Stone jokingly responded.
Needless to say, Parker and Stone were seemingly not affected by what the White House felt about the episode, and they will continue producing more episodes for the rest of the season. The question remains whether they will continue to poke fun at Trump.
