Robert Downey Jr. Confirms He Knew About Endgame Since Age Of Ultron

People have their own speculations about what will happen in Avengers: Endgame. However, one common idea is the possible demise of Tony Stark. While some people believe that Iron Man might not make it back to Earth, a new theory suggest that the Marvel Cinematic Universe has been foreshadowing Tony's fate since Captain America: Civil War.

In CivilWar, Tony's left arm was injured several times. At one point, an actual car fell on the arm and it had to be in a sling for some time. In addition to that, he fell on the same arm while fighting Cap and Bucky in Siberia. Interestingly, Tony even mentioned that he was feeling numbness in his left arm early on in the film.

Civil War isn't the only time that Tony's left arm gets injured. In fact, it's been battered so many times throughout the MCU and ScreenRant believes it could be the one thing that could be injured yet again in Endgame.

So what exactly will happen to Tony's left arm? The outlet pointed out that a sharp pain in the appendage could hint at an impending heart attack. It's not exactly a dignified way to go for Iron Man so we're hoping that Tony doesn't have to go through that. Perhaps Tony will survive in Endgame and get to live out the rest of his days in peace with Pepper Potts.

The synopsis for Endgame reads as follows:

Avengers: Endgame hits theaters on April 26.
