We're finally getting some awesome updates on The Witcher Season 2. The show's official release date has been revealed along with a cool teaser confirming seven-episode titles and one that will remain a mystery. Now, we have new images from the second season including our first look at Lambert.
There have been big things being dropped at WitcherCon 2021. In addition to getting The Witcher Season 2 release date and the official episode titles, fans finally got to see some new images from the Netflix series. Although a few have already been revealed, like Ciri's training photos, there's a great look at Jaskier doing what he does best.
This certainly confirms that Jaskier will have a longer hairstyle and still be serenading crowds. Hopefully, this means that he will be reunited with Geralt of Rivia in The Witcher Season 2.
Another image is obviously set in Kaer Morhen, and this time it shows Ciri with her instruction Lambert. The new character is another Witcher who is in charge of Ciri's training and will be played by Paul Bullion.
This is an exciting update considering that Ciri's training is something that fans have been looking forward to in The Witcher Season 2. After all, it is the best way for the young princess to take control of her powers as well as her destiny. Ciri spent most of the first season running but it would be awesome to finally see her in action.
The Witcher Season 2 will finally premiere on Netflix on December 17, 2021.
