Bruce Greenwood as Roderick Usher
Bruce Greenwood plays Roderick Usher, the CEO of Fortunato Pharmaceuticals and the patriarch of the Usher family.
Greenwood is known for his role as the American president John F. Kennedy in the 2000 film Thirteen Days. In the Flanaverse, he has starred in the film Gerald's Game. He also starred in the films I, Robot, Star Trek, and Kingsman: The Golden Circle.
Carla Gugino as Verna
Carla Gugino stars as Verna, a shape-shifter and mysterious stranger from the Usher twins' past.
In the Flanaverse, Gugino has appeared in Gerald's Game, The Haunting of Hill House, and The Haunting of Bly Manor. She also had a voice cameo in Midnight Mass. Gugino is also known for her role as Ingrid Cortez in the Spy Kids trilogy.
Mary McDonnell as Madeline Usher
Mary McDonnell joins the cast of The Fall of the House of Usher as Madeline Usher, Roderick’s intelligent twin sister and the brains behind Fortunato.
McDonnell is well known for her roles as President Laura Roslin in Battlestar Galactica, First Lady Marilyn Whitmore in Independence Day, Rose in Donnie Darko, and Captain Sharon Raydor in The Closer and Major Crimes.
Carl Lumbly as C. Auguste Dupin
Carl Lumbly plays C. Auguste Dupin, a lawyer who first encountered the Ushers 30 years ago.
Lumbly is known for his role as Dr. Miles Hawkins in M.A.N.T.I.S. He also previously appeared in Mike Flanagan’s Doctor Sleep and in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) as Isaiah Bradley in The Falcon and the Winter Solider, a role he will be reprising in Captain America: Brave New World.
Mark Hamill as Arthur Pym
Mark Hamill joins The Fall of the House of Usher cast as Arthur Pym, the lawyer for the Usher family. Hamill is widely known for his role as Luke Skywalker in the Star Wars franchise.
Henry Thomas as Frederick Usher
Henry Thomas plays Frederick Usher, Roderick's eldest son. Thomas has frequently worked with Mike Flanagan since 2016, with him starring in the films Ouija: Origin of Evil, Gerald’s Game, and Doctor Sleep and the series The Haunting of Hill House, The Haunting of Bly Manor, and Midnight Mass.

Samantha Sloyan as Tamerlane Usher
Samantha Sloyan stars as Tamerlane Usher, Roderick’s eldest daughter. Sloyan previously worked with Flanagan too. She starred in Hush, The Haunting of Hill House, Midnight Mass, and The Midnight Club.
T'Nia Miller as Victorine LaFourcade
T’Nia Miller plays Victorine LaFourcade, the eldest of Roderick's illegitimate children. In the Flanaverse, Miller previously appeared in The Haunting of Bly Manor. The also starred in the series Sex Education, The Peripheral, and The Diplomat.
Rahul Kohli as Napoleon "Leo" Usher
Rahul Kohli joins The Fall of the House of Usher cast as Leo Usher, a video game patron and one of Roderick’s illegitimate children. In the Flanaverse, Kohli previously starred in The Haunting of Bly Manor, Midnight Mass, and The Midnight Club.
Kate Siegel as Camille L'Espanaye
Kate Siegel joins the cast of The Fall of the House of Usher as Camille L'Espanaye, another of Roderick’s illegitimate children and the one who runs PR for the Usher family.
Siegel previously worked with Flanagan too, with her starring in Oculus, Hush, Ouija: Origin of Evil, Gerald's Game, The Haunting of Hill House, The Haunting of Bly Manor, and Midnight Mass.
Sauriyan Sapkota as Prospero "Perry" Usher
Sauriyan Sapkota plays Perry Usher, the youngest of Roderick's illegitimate children. In the Flanaverse, Sapkota previously appeared in The Midnight Club.
Kyliegh Curran as Lenore Usher
Kyliegh Curran joins The Fall of the House of Usher cast as Lenore Usher, Frederick’s daughter. She is described by Roderick as the “best of” the Ushers. Curran previously starred in Mike Flanagan’s Doctor Sleep.
Ruth Codd as Juno Usher
Ruth Codd plays Juno Usher, Roderick’s second wife and a former drug addict. In the Flanaverse, Codd previously appeared in The Midnight Club.
