Super Junior main dancer Eunhyuk receives a diagnosis that he has tested positive for COVID-19.

On January 20, Label SJ, Eunhyuk’s agency, revealed that the idol singer had done a pre-emptive COVID-19 rapid antigen test on the morning for precautionary measures.

Later that day, the agency released a statement that Eunhyuk had tested positive in the PCR test, indicating that he has been formally diagnosed with COVID-19.

Eunhyuk has completed the third round of his COVID-19 vaccination and only experiences minor symptoms. He also confirmed that he has not been in close contact with other Super Junior members.

But, according to the quarantine authorities’ guidelines, all members and related staff are checking their health and symptoms frequently.

Eunhyuk cancels all schedules after testing positive for the virus

As a result of Eunhyuk’s recent guest appearance on the SBS variety show Running Man, the whole staff and members of the show will now be tested for the virus.

Yoo Jae Suk and HaHa were filming for MBC variety show How Do You Play? when they heard the news and quickly went to a neighboring testing center to get tested.

The rest of the staff and crew of How Do You Play? continued filming after utilizing self-testing kits to confirm a negative result.

Here is the statement released by Label SJ regarding Eunhyuk’s current health situation.

Eunhyuk recently participated in the recording of the Tiger year special episode of Running Man. As a result, all Running Man members such as Yoo Jae Seok, Ji Seok Jin, HaHa, Song Ji Hyo, Kim Jong Guk, and Jeon So Min were also subject to conduct a PCR test.

Meanwhile, Eunhyuk is currently in isolation and is taking good care of his health, according to his agency.
