Wit Studio has produced lots of well-known adaptations, but its latest one is unexpected, as it adapts the iconic DC antihero team, the Suicide Squad. As fans eagerly await its premiere, here are all the confirmed Suicide Squad Isekai cast members, including the voices of well-known DC and original characters.
Even though the anime has no release date yet, the main DC lineup has already been revealed, most of whom should be familiar to casual fans who only watched the live-action DCEU movies.
All the DC Characters and Cast Coming to Suicide Squad Isekai
The Suicide Squad Isekai anime was announced back in July 2023 to the surprise of many.
After all, while anime adaptations of Western IP aren’t new, fusing DC superheroes (or villains in this case) with the isekai genre is unheard of.
After the initial announcements, new trailers for the show were shared. Soon, the main voice cast was also revealed.
Here are the official voice cast members of the show’s DC characters:
- Anna Nagase (Riko Amanai in Jujutsu Kaisen) as Harley Quinn
- Yuuichirou Umehara (Anos Voldigoad in The Misfit of Demon King Academy) as The Joker
- Reigo Yamaguchi (Hiroyuki Nishizawa in Bartender: Glass of God) as Deadshot
- Takehito Koyasu (Dio Brando in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure) as Peacemaker
- Jun Fukuyama (King in The Seven Deadly Sins) as Clayface
- Subaru Kimura (Haruki Hayashida in Tokyo Revengers) as King Shark
- Taku Yashiro (Satori Tendo in Haikyuu) as Rick Flag
- Chika Anzai (Chisato Nishikigi in Lycoris Recoil) as Katana
- Kujira (Otose in Gintama) as Amanda Waller
Aside from the well-known VAs, the show’s staff also features big names. For instance, the series is written by Tappei Nagatsuki and Eiji Umehara, the creators of Wit Studio’s Vivy: Fluorite Eye’s Song.
Nagatsuki is also known for being the creator of the hit isekai light novel series Re:Zero. His being a co-writer of the Suicide Squad anime makes sense with this in mind.

New Suicide Squad Anime to Feature Original Fantasy Characters
As an isekai anime, the show will see Harley Quinn and the other squad members get transported into a fantasy world.
Thus, the show will feature non-DC original characters that look straight out of a fantasy isekai anime.
The confirmed original characters and cast members include:
- Reina Ueda (Miyo Saimori in My Happy Marriage) as Fione
- Mamiko Noto (Anna Liebert in Monster) as Aldora
- Jun Fukushima (Kazuma Sato in KonoSuba) as Cecil
These three are the only confirmed characters so far, but there will likely be more new characters revealed closer to the show’s release.

Will More DC Characters Be Coming to Suicide Squad Isekai?
For now, it’s not clear if the Suicide Squad Isekai anime will feature other DC heroes. Given its isekai story, it’s likely that the focus will be on the squad’s lineup and the original characters.
Of course, potential cameos of iconic DC heroes may happen, especially considering that Wit Studio is keen on making more DC anime in the future.
